Nascosto Limited
A private holding company, founded in 2025 and seated in Cork. It exists to own a small number of things properly and for a long time — and to be, as far as possible, invisible in the running of them.
Nascosto means hidden.
It is Italian, and it was chosen for the group before there was a group. At the operating end of the business it describes a way of working: build a brand quietly, hand it back, leave as though you were never there.
At this end it describes something plainer and more structural. A holding company that is doing its job is not visible in the product, not visible to the customer, and not visible in the day-to-day of the businesses it holds. The name is not an aesthetic here. It is an accurate description of where the company sits.

Discretion before profile
We publish what is useful and disclose what is required. Beyond that, an owner narrating its own thinking is doing something for itself, not for the businesses it owns.

Long positions only
Nothing is bought to be flipped. If we cannot picture holding it in ten years, the interesting price is not interesting enough.

Sized to survive being wrong
Every position is taken at a scale where a bad call costs money and nothing else. No single holding is permitted to threaten the group.

We set the boundary and agree what good looks like. The people doing the work decide how the work is done, and are left alone to do it.
Parent, and one operating company.
The arrangement is the ordinary one, and the ordinary one is correct. Nascosto Limited is the parent. It carries the marks, the intellectual property and the back office. Nascosto Club operates.
Separating the two means an operating company can change shape, be sold, or fail, without the marks and rights going with it. That is the entire reason a structure like this exists.
